TO PURCHASE ART If you are interested in purchasing art from this site, contact the artist by EMAIL, call 831-688-0694 or use the CONTACT FORM for any questions, to discuss payment method or shipping options. PAYMENT Accepted payment methods are VISA or MASTERCARD, Money Orders, Certified Checks or Personal Checks (art will be shipped as soon as funds have cleared on personal checks). SHIPPING Orders will be shipped UPS or US Postal Service. A packing/materials fee of $10.00-$30.00 may apply for larger pieces in addition to actual shipping cost. RETURNS No refunds, only credit towards another purchase on any art returned. For full credit, art must be returned within 7 days of receipt and art cannot be damaged or altered in any way. Shipping fee of returned art must be paid for by customer. LAYAWAYS Art may be purchased on a payment plan with 50% deposit and remaining balance to be paid within 60 days, at which time art piece will be shipped to customer. OPEN EDITIONS/UNIQUE PIECES The artist creates two types of works--open editions and unique pieces. Unique pieces are formed in clay, dried, fired, painted and accessorized. Open editions are works where the original sculpture is created in clay but a mold is cast from this original. These editions are not ready to go when cast, but require meticulous refining and hand detailing which results in pieces that, although a duplicate of the original, are always unique on to themselves. When completed they are dried, fired, painted and accessorized. No two editions are ever exactly alike. The artist may, at your request, customize an open edition to suit your specifications. The artist chooses not to do "limited editions", locked into too few or too many, rather creating pieces as desired or requested.
